Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Design, review, and enhance curriculum content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.
  • Utilize innovative training methodologies, incorporating technology and interactive learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our training remains cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training & Curriculum Manager, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational objectives.

Salary: N250,000 – N375,000 / month.
