As a School Counselor at Elevation Professionals, you will play a pivotal role in providing emotional, academic, and career guidance to our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a wide range of personal, academic, and social issues.
• Create and implement effective counseling programs that support the emotional and psychological well-being of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop strategies for students’ academic and personal success.
• Assess and address students’ career development needs, helping them make informed choices about their future.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Stay current with counseling techniques and resources to provide the highest level of support to students.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Guidance and Counselling or related courses.

• Preferably lives within Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos.

• Married Female.

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to student counseling.
