Position Overview:

Hotel Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage, to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to the enhancement of the hotel’s reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, guest service best practices, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
