DejaVu Hotel and Suites is in search of a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to lead our vibrant entertainment venue. As the Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the success of our club events. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of club operations, including staff management, event planning, and daily activities.
- Create and execute innovative strategies to enhance the club’s atmosphere and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate and promote a diverse range of events, ensuring they align with the brand and attract the target audience.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high level of service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and control budgetary aspects, such as expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer.

Meet governmental regulations dealing with the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Knowledge of beverage operations, basic drink service, and supervisory knowledge.

Knowledge of beers, liquors, and wines.

Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.

Ability to communicate in English with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to resolve problems.

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
