Overview:

DKT International Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Nurse to join our team. As a Call Center Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing telehealth support and medical advice to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate about making a positive impact on healthcare and family planning in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic telephonic nursing support to clients seeking medical advice.
• Assess client needs and offer guidance on family planning, reproductive health, and general medical concerns.
• Offer counseling and information on contraceptives and sexual health, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
• Record and maintain accurate client data in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in healthcare.

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, School of Nursing.
• 3 – 5 years of call-centre experience.
• Proven experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Strong and polished communication skills.
• Experience in family planning, and sexual and reproductive health is an advantage.
• The ability to communicate in either Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa language fluently is an advantage.
