Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenging situations into opportunities for customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software and tools effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: N150,000 / month.
