Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, maintaining accurate records in our system.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software or similar systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
