Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making processes.
- Manage data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events or projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Salary: N110,000 – N150,000 monthly.
