Overview:
M-P Infrastructure Group is a leading infrastructure development and management company. We focus on Renewable Energy, Power, Water, Communication and Technology, offering the entire value chain of solutions from design and construction to operation and maintenance of Telecoms Infrastructure across several countries in Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Make official travel arrangements as requested by employee- flight booking and accommodation
- Maintain accurate and up- to-date travel data base
- Handle expatriate invitation letter for entry visas
- Process inclusion and deletion of expatriate from company quota
- Maintain contact details of all company guest houses/hotels in use
- Process renewal of expatriate resident permit
- Liaise with fleet department in the various regions in the country to sort out airport pick-up and drop off of arriving staff/guests as well as meet all other transport needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism organizations, including hotels, restaurants and ticketing companies
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
- Handle changes or cancellations in travel plans, resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or any relevant field from a reputable institution of higher learning.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements or restrictions.
- Familiarity with the latest travel trends.
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / Month.
