Kimberly Ryan Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Curriculum Manager to join our esteemed team. As a leader in the human resources and workforce solutions industry, we are committed to fostering professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Design, review, and enhance curriculum content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.
- Utilize innovative training methodologies, incorporating technology and interactive learning experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our training remains cutting-edge and impactful.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training & Curriculum Manager, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational objectives.
Salary: N250,000 – N375,000 / month.
