Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job listings to extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and develop pipelines for future needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance our recruitment processes.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience and ensure that our company is an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6-7 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CIMP, SPHRi, are required.
- The ideal candidate will develop , facilitate, and implement all phases of recruitment process.
- Assists with job postings and advertisements processes.
