Fitness & Sports Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. The Store Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a seamless customer experience at our retail location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store personnel to uphold high standards of product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Ensure optimal stock levels by implementing effective inventory control measures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring a safe and positive environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Passion for fitness and sports is a plus.
Salary Range: N90,000 – N110,000 monthly.
