Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Spa/Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our spa and salon.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in spa and salon management, including expertise in hairdressing, skincare treatments, and related services.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, and supervise spa and salon staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a cohesive and skilled team.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling and staff work structure.
• Manage inventory and stock levels for products and supplies.
• Implement and enforce high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure that all services are performed to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and product quality.
• Keep updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new techniques and services.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Promote products and services effectively.
• Monitor and achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee licensing requirements for staff and the establishment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in spa and salon management, with expertise in hairdressing, skincare, and related services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the spa and salon industry.

Remuneration:
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly.
