Job Description:
RentSpace is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our social media accounts, and engaging with our online community. You will have the opportunity to shape the brand’s online presence and drive engagement through compelling content and effective social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance RentSpace’s brand presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other media formats, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct social media listening and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to keep RentSpace at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Track, measure, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and influencers to develop and execute social media collaborations and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in content creation and scheduling tools, such as Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing developments.
