Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in medical sales? LifeBank, a leading healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Sales Manager to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the medical sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, effective marketing strategies, and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Salary: N180,000 / Monthly.
