Sujimoto Construction Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to interviewing and selecting candidates. Implement best practices to attract top talent to the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee issues, conducting performance reviews, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Identify opportunities for growth and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation structure, including salary and benefits packages. Ensure our compensation strategy is competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Policy Development: Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures, promoting a fair and compliant workplace.
- HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to create and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with at least 5 years in senior HR positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
