AugustSecrets Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the consumer goods or health products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: N300,000 – N330,000
