Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and quality control.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable dining environment for customers.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and enhance menu offerings.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
