Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, offering a warm and welcoming reception experience.
  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting or responding as appropriate.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, overseeing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification: B.sc/HND, minimum of OND in any field.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Customer service attitude.
  • 1-2 years working experience.
