Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary: N35,000 – N45,000 Monthly
