Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities to showcase Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited’s projects in various venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful collaboration and seamless event execution.
- Engage with potential clients at promotional venues, providing detailed information about our real estate offerings and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities, gathering feedback and insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling promotional materials for events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for property sales.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and Chateau-Royal property portfolio (a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
