  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office) and office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
