Overview:
LifeBank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Manager to join our innovative team. As a leading player in the healthcare industry, LifeBank is committed to revolutionizing access to life-saving medical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for medical products and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective launch and promotion of new medical products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Salary: N150,000 Monthly
