LifeBank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Manager to join our innovative team. As a leading player in the healthcare industry, LifeBank is committed to revolutionizing access to life-saving medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for medical products and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective launch and promotion of new medical products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Salary: N150,000 Monthly
