Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) / AMLSN with current practicing license.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience and bench confidence

• State licensure and certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist is preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and technology.
