Overview: 

Excel and Grace Consulting, a leading maritime services provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maritime Operations Manager to join our growing team. As the Maritime Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of maritime operations, contributing to the overall success of Excel and Grace Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily maritime operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate vessel schedules, port operations, and cargo logistics to enhance efficiency and minimize turnaround times.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to maintain strong relationships and achieve operational excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to implement relevant changes in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Maritime Operations Manager, demonstrating a track record of success in optimizing processes and achieving operational goals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, port operations, and cargo logistics.

Salary: N500,000 – N700,000 / month.
