Overview: 

Air Peace Limited, a leading and dynamic aviation company committed to excellence and safety, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Executive to join our legal team. This pivotal role involves providing expert legal support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the legal strategy of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure all business activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements to safeguard the interests of Air Peace Limited.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal advice on a range of issues, fostering a culture of legal compliance within the organization.
• Assist in dispute resolution, including litigation management and alternative dispute resolution methods, to protect the company’s legal interests.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the aviation industry, advising the organization on potential legal impacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution; additional qualifications such as BL will be an advantage.

• Minimum of 8years experience within a law firm or corporate legal department, with primary emphasis on Aviation.

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and a keen understanding of business operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
