Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Remedial Health is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our mission of improving healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Manage employee benefits administration and answer employee inquiries.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Must have experience handling administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, database, onboarding duties and as many as given to you by the head of people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and MS Office skills are required to be successful in the role.
