Overview: 

DejaVu Hotel and Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks, ensuring cleanliness standards are met and exceeded.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hotel Management or similar discipline with proven experience in similar role with a reputable hotel brand.
• Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience working with Hotel Property Management Software is an advantage.
