Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs.
- Design and execute training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
