Job Description:
The Front Office Manager directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures the proper completion of all front office duties. They are responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
Additionally, the Front Office Manager supervises all activities at the Gym and Information Technology (IT) unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and occupancy to optimize revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Train and develop front office staff to enhance their skills and elevate service standards.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with 4 years work experience.
- Proven experience in hotel front office management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
