Overview:
Sambus Geospatial Nigeria Limited, a leading player in the geospatial technology industry, is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Operations Assistant. This pivotal role involves managing front desk operations and providing crucial support to streamline our daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and coordination of office supplies.
- Operations Assistance: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office logistics, and assisting in project coordination.
- Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive relationships.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office software.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Minimum of B.Sc Accounting or equivalent
