Overview:
Reposebay, a dynamic and forward-thinking Company, is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of relevant experience as an admin/ front desk.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong work ethics & reliability.
Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
