Padoserve Limited is seeking a courteous and organized Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face of our company. As the Front Desk Officer at Padoserve Limited, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients and guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it represents the professionalism of the company.
- Manage appointments and schedules for meetings and conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
- HND / B.Sc in Social Science with at least 2 years experience as a front desk officer.
- Knowledge/Skills Needed:
- Interested applicant must be:
- Good in Use of computer such as words, Excel etc.
- Must be good in receiving client.
- Must have a good customer service skill.
- Must be outspoken and have good team work.
- Must have excellent Phone culture.
- Must also have good secretarial skills.
Remuneration: N40,000 monthly
