Overview: 

Yalmar Ventures Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced female professional to join our team as a Field Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee field operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide field teams in the execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among field staff.
• Maintain clear communication channels with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to uphold a secure working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a field or project management capacity.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor field teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant Degree.

• Candidates must reside in Kaduna.

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Computer literacy is a must.

• Must have a smartphone.
