Executive Assistant @ Virtual PALyn

Overview: 

Virtual PALyn, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. As the backbone of our executive support system, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management, coordinating tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 4 years work experience.

Salary:  N200,000 – N300,000
