Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support decision-making processes.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

B.Sc/HND from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Must be willing to resume immediately.

Must reside within Ikeja and its environs.

Will only be required to come 2-3 times in a week.

Knowledge of office management systems&procedures.
