Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Efficiently handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, fostering positive relationships on behalf of the executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, showcasing a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
