Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for and expertise in integrating AI technologies into administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will excel in traditional EA responsibilities while demonstrating a drive for leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traditional EA Duties
• Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Efficiently handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- AI Integration
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to streamline tasks and decision-making processes.
• Research and recommend AI-driven solutions for workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with tech teams to implement and integrate AI technologies effectively.
- Technical Support
• Provide technical assistance and guidance in utilizing AI tools for the team.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and tech teams for AI-related initiatives.
- Continuous Learning & Development
• Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies, attend relevant workshops, and share insights with the team.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation in utilizing AI tools within the administrative functions.
- Communications & Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify AI integration opportunities across different functions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, preferably with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- 8 Years + experience in FMCG/Manufacturing.
Preferred Candidates:
- Previous experience integrating AI tools into administrative workflows.
- Familiarity with project management or workflow optimization through AI implementation.
- Active participation in AI-related communities or continuous learning programs.
