Overview: 

Kimberly Ryan Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Designer Liaison Manager to join our innovative team. As the Designer Liaison Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our design team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our design team, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable project requirements.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Collaborate with designers to address client feedback and ensure timely project completion.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Act as a liaison to address any concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure they align with client specifications and quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, updates, and any potential challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a design or creative agency.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: N250,000 – N375,000
