As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing a team of customer service representatives, and contributing to the overall success of Oriki Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
