Responsibilities:
- Handle business enquiries from prospective and existing clients.
- Creation of records, maintaining and managing relationship.
- Daily updating of opportunities, pipelines and activities in CRM.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on daily new sales leads in CRM and to successfully close into deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
● Proven 2 – 3 years customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
● Familiarity with CRM systems, microsoft office suite and other relevant softwares
● Possess proficient oral communication skills and proficient in English language
● High level of professionalism, integrity and interpersonal relationship.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Results-oriented and target-driven.
