Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits, with a high level of precision.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and account status.
- Provide clear and accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, finance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

OND qualification with 1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing.
