Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Lead at Amman Medicare, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the Takaful Health insurance market. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth in the Takaful Health insurance sector.
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to adapt our strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the benefits of Amman Medicare’s Takaful Health insurance offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving results and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market intelligence to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Post NYSC experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial institution sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the Takaful Health insurance sector and the ability to understand and communicate complex insurance products.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
