Overview: 

IT Horizons Limited, a leading and innovative IT solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the company, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals, contributing to overall business success.
• Risk Management: Mitigate financial risks by implementing robust controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
• Investor Relations: Manage relationships with stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions, providing transparent and accurate financial information.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.

• Candidates should possess minimum of Master’s Degrees with 12 – 14 years relevant work experience.  

• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to contribute to overall business strategy and execute financial plans that drive sustainable growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
