Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the restaurant’s menu, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and staff coordination to meet service demands.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
