Business Development Manager @ Oil & Gas Servicing

Oil & Gas Servicing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our thriving team. As a key player in the energy sector, we are committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to target and win business customers
  • Generate leads, set appointment and present business proposals to prospect through various communication platform
  • Handle RFQ and tenders
  • Manage and maintain customer pipelines
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within a specified territory
  • Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business
  • Coordinate the sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
  • Achieving an agreeable target every month

Requirements / Skill:

  • BSC/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 – 4 Years’ experience as a Business Development personnel in the oil and gas sector
  • Good Knowledge on digital marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strategic vision and business acumen
  • Strong data collecting and analyzing skills

Salary: N180,000 – N200,000
