Overview:
Oil & Gas Servicing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our thriving team. As a key player in the energy sector, we are committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to target and win business customers
- Generate leads, set appointment and present business proposals to prospect through various communication platform
- Handle RFQ and tenders
- Manage and maintain customer pipelines
- Respond to requests in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities within a specified territory
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business
- Coordinate the sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Achieving an agreeable target every month
Requirements / Skill:
- BSC/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 – 4 Years’ experience as a Business Development personnel in the oil and gas sector
- Good Knowledge on digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strategic vision and business acumen
- Strong data collecting and analyzing skills
Salary: N180,000 – N200,000
