Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a track record of successfully driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Remuneration: N200,000 – N300,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
