Overview:
Landmark Africa Group, a renowned and innovative leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beach Customer Representative. As a representative of our esteemed brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our beachfront locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with beach patrons courteously, providing information on services, facilities, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to execute events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Uphold the company’s standards of service excellence and contribute to the positive reputation of Landmark Africa Group.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or beachfront setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have HND / B.sc

NYSC certified.

Customer service experience is a plus.
Salary: N100,000 Net (HMO & PENSION) inclusive.
