Overview:
Old Mutual Nigeria, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Agency Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team of financial advisors, driving excellence in client service and achieving strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the agency, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and professional development within the agency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess agency performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Salary: N130,000 – N150,000 / Month.
