  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.

  • Manage administrative issues as it relates to security and safety.

  • Maintain and constantly update a comprehensive database of all assets.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective communication within the agency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience.

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office and Google workspace.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage vendors, drivers and cleaners.
